Spray Dryer

Sonic Horns powder build-up and agglomeration on walls and roof.Scorched powder is reduced or eliminated, production is increased, and running time between cleanups is longer.

Cyclone

Sonic Horn maintain powder in a fluidized state which will free- flow out the discharge. Slide wall build- up and bridging in the discharge line are eliminated.

Bag Filter

Sonic Horns reduce powder build-up on the tubesheet, sidewall, hopper and between bags. In many severe case, less residual powder remains on the bags after cleaning, which in turn lowers the pressure drop through the filter. Filter life may be substantially increased.

Sonic Horn Benefits

Eliminate bridging with a sonic horn mounted at the discharge.

Eliminate side- wall build up and material 'funneling' with a roof mounted sonic horn.
