A) MILK PASTEURISER MODULE

PMS skid – mounted Milk Pasteurizing Systems have been specially designed
& manufactured to meet the needs of today’s customers. The skid - mounted
units  are  assembled  and tested  at factory and  dispatched in  knockdown
condition. These units can be assembled at customers  premises  and  require
minimum space & can also be directly connected to the existing milk reception
section.

We offer High Pressure Food Hose Pipes of G.Tech – France

Materials and Reinforcement:

• Silicone, textile reinforcement Platinum cured
• Silicone, fully extruded, textile reinforcement and stainless steel wire
• Available in white color (NT) FDA platinum cured version and in natural color
(NTP) USP platinum cured version.
• Smooth inner PTFE reinforced with stainless steel braid and stainless steel wire,
with white silicone cover
• Smooth inert fluoropolymer Textile reinforcements and steel wire
• EPDM, especially for high temperatures, textile reinforced and galvanized wire
• Food quality EPDM, good resistance to high temperatures and cleaning solvents
• Butyl Metal braid reinforcements
• Nitrile, especially for fat products, textile reinforced and galvanized wire
• Food quality EPDM for processing
• Fluored thermoplastic translucent
• Smooth bore, Teflon® coated and stainless steel braided:

- Convoluted Teflon®, stainless steel braided
- Stainless steel corrugated
- Double envelope hose with PTFE or rubber inside and corrugated stainless steel or rubber outside

• All our fittings are in stainless steel 316L and tagged with unitary code

- All kinds of fittings are available on request : SMS, DIN, RJT, CLAMP, NPT, BSP, IDF, BRIDES
- Straight fittings are monobloc with no weld and bended items are made by orbital welding (ISO agreement)
- Electro-polishing treatment on m (lower on request)mrequest, Maximum RA 0.8
